Social program

The social program will feature a welcome cocktail on Sunday evening, at the conference hotel. We also plan a boat trip and a gala dinner (see "registrations" for paiment and reservations).

Boat trip and gala dinner:

An evening cruise boat trip from Cannes to Nice on the Mediterranean Sea followed by a Gala dinner in Nice is planned on Monday 3. Seats for both the trip and the dinner are limited and reserved in priority to SPAWC full registrants.

The gala dinner is organized  at the Boscolo palace hotel, downtown Nice.

Student registrants have access to the boat trip at no extra charge and will be able to purchase an extra ticket for the gala dinner (65 Euros) within the limits the availibility. Information about this will be provided at a later date.

Accompanying persons (non SPAWC registrants) will be able to purchase a combined ticket for the boat trip and the gala dinner, upon availibility (90 Euros). Information about this will be provided at a later date.
