The (on-line) registration IS NOW  ACTIVE.

For your information, the registration fees are as follows:

What the registration covers:

(1): The full registration gives access to the full technical program and proceedings, Sunday's welcome cocktail, a cruise boat trip and gala dinner on Monday, lunches on Monday, Tuesday, all coffee breaks.

(2): The student registration gives access to the full technical program and proceedings, Sunday's welcome cocktail, a cruise boat trip on Monday, lunches on Monday, Tuesday, all coffee breaks.

Boat trip and gala dinner:

An evening cruise boat trip on the Mediterranean Sea followed by a Gala dinner in Nice will be organized on Monday 3. Seats for both the trip and the dinner are limited and reserved in priority to SPAWC registrants.

How to get extra tickets:

The seats for the boat trip and the dinner are limited. However there can be a few extra tickets available for purchase.

Student registrants are able to purchase an extra ticket for the gala dinner (65 Euros).  To do this, they need to go back to the registration site and this time pick the 65 euros "student" supplement.

Accompanying persons (non SPAWC registrants) will be able to purchase a combined ticket for the boat trip and the gala dinner, upon availibility (90 Euros). To do this the accompanying SPAWC registrant must go back to the regisration site and select the "accompanying perso" option for 90 euros.

The registration is carried out in two steps:

1) Pre-registration: fill in your name, email address, affiliation, paper

number (if your registration covers some papers) at

http://colloque.dr20.cnrs.fr/pre-inscription.php?colloque=83&lang=en

Attention: Please DO NOT forget to give your IEEE number in the pre-reg form if you have one.

2) Final registration and payment: Once your pre-registration has been validated by CNRS services, an

account (name, first name, email address) is created for you. You will then receive 

an invitation EMAIL to login into the final registration/payment system at

http://colloque.dr20.cnrs.fr/valider-inscription.php?colloque=83&lang=en

Attention: Please do not try to register before you receive the invitation email. This operation is not automated and may take several hours.

Important information to authors:

Please note that at least one of the authors of each paper has to pay a full registration to have the paper included in the conference proceedings.  Pre-registration covering papers is due MAY 5 (extended deadline).

Copyright Form Submission

Attention: without a signed copyright form we cannot print your paper in the proceedings! Please fax the signed IEEE copyright form to +33 4.92.94.28.98, to the attention of Corinne JULLIEN at I3S/CNRS (corinne)
